Individual support is about defining your personal needs and goals. We will find out what the cause of your feelings or symptoms is and what kind of stimulus is needed so that they can calm down and find balance again.
It is important to me to find out where these symptoms originated and what is needed to resolve them so that you can find your center again.

Appointments by phone
However, individual support also works flexibly over the phone, so you can work with me regardless of location.
Telephone appointment: 120 CHF per hour
