Stille
Es geht darum, einen Weg zu finden, um inne halten zu können, im Hier und Jetzt.
You...
...feel a constant inner restlessness?
...distract yourself so as not to feel?
...can't stop your thoughts from racing?
...can't sit still, it's uncomfortable?
...do you feel something inside you that longs for peace?
...feel tired and exhausted?
In today's overstimulated world, we often find it very difficult to pause and ask ourselves what we really need or want. It takes tools and practice to learn this. It's about finding a way to pause, to arrive in the here and now, to be mindful of yourself and your thoughts, emotions and your own body. A method to connect with the silence.
There are different types of meditation and each has its own qualities. The important thing is to find the one that suits you best. Often it is a combination. Here are some well-known methods:
guided meditation
Mental Training
autogenic training
silent meditation
mindfulness techniques (e.g. body scan)
breathing meditation
Self-healing begins when it is quiet
Every cell in us has the knowledge to heal itself. However, if the body is constantly under stress, it cannot find the necessary state of relaxation in which this process can fully kick into gear. For long-term health, it would be desirable to achieve this state again and again and thus support self-healing. In our stressful everyday lives, however, we often only notice that rest is needed when symptoms appear.
