self-love

The way to satisfy the longing to be yourself.

You want to...
...become more self-confident?
...strengthen self-confidence?
...feel valuable?
...no longer experience the same thing over and over again?
...have more strength again?
...more ease instead of a constant struggle?
...be yourself?
...get to know yourself?

Maybe you feel that you are not able to be yourself. A deep sadness arises and a longing to change this. By taking the path of self-love, you embark on a journey to fulfill this longing. To recognize and discover who you really are without external value systems, influences and fears. It means that you take responsibility for yourself and decide in the NOW to grow from the lessons that life presents to you. It means choosing the path that your heart shows you and discovering and learning anew every day - an adventure full of surprises.

External dependencies:

As long as we don't look at the emotional wounds within us, we are dependent on the outside to receive the attention and love that we don't give ourselves. You can dissolve these dependencies by looking at these wounds and getting to know them.

lessons along the way

When people, circumstances or situations trigger emotions in you, these are lessons that can help you move forward in your consciousness. You just have to look and recognize them as such. If you don't, life will most likely present you with the same lesson again at a later date. Whether you take the opportunity or not is your free choice.

Unconditional love instead of dependence:

If we are dependent in a relationship, we often confuse this with love. An interplay of highs and lows. By following the path of self-love and recognizing the lessons, you dissolve these dependencies. This is how a lively, mutual learning process begins in your relationship, which comes ever closer to unconditional love and enables deep, genuine closeness.
