When dealing with horses, you need to know about the natural behavior of horses, as well as communication between humans and horses. But what can you do if you or your horse are struggling with emotions that leave their mark on a deeper level?

I will help you to recognize what issues are hidden behind emotions and how you can bring unconscious parts that are blocking you into consciousness. This will help you learn how to deal with your emotions and how to live through and resolve them consciously and with your own strength.

We regularly offer joint courses in which you will gain insight into how you can resolve entanglements on a mental, emotional and physical level.

Sometimes it is good to solve an issue on the spot. To do this, you can attend a course with Anaïs and me or book a session with Anaïs and me. We combine the energetic work with horsemanship and look holistically at where the blockages are in an issue and address them together.

Price: 280.- per hour in a double session with Anais and me.

The journey from Schaffhausen up to 30 minutes is included.
